I believe you must bring your whole self to the table if you want to thrive in your quest to create a wholesome meal that's both nutritious and delicious for your whole family to enjoy, especially if - like me - you are mum to a fussy eater who pulls no punches in letting you know that the meal you just slaved over is indeed "yucky".
My creativity and sense of humour was put to the test many a time so, I upped my game. As a nutritionist myself, I researched & I tweaked, I cooked & I failed... but I decided to persevere and document the "wins" which brought me to launch the Scrumptious Nutrition blog.
